Hi, I’m Bharti, though you might know me as "Hospitality B."

I’m a finance expert, founder, mentor and speaker with over 16 years working inside some of the UK’s most well-known hospitality brands. From helping scale Jamie’s Italian from 1 to 44 sites, to selling a growing pub group to BrewDog, I’ve seen how hospitality works from every angle — and I’ve been the one pulling the numbers, fixing the gaps and rolling up my sleeves along the way.

But nothing taught me more than starting my own business.

BloomsYard was born in lockdown with a big vision and no shortcuts. I built it from scratch, and in just three years, grew it to six thriving locations across London.

That journey taught me how to lead with both structure and soul...and how to build a brand that actually means something.

Now, through Hospitality B, I help other founders do the same.

Why I Do This

Because I know what it feels like to be the only woman in the room. The only person of colour at the table. The one who didn’t go the traditional route, but still made it work.
Because the hospitality industry needs more people like you leading with purpose.

And because you can have a business that’s profitable and personal, structured and soulful. You just need the right support...and someone who truly gets it.
